Cats and small and medium-sized dogs up to 20kg are welcome at S. Bento Residences! 

• One pet is allowed per room associated with the guest/owner's booking; 

• Access for guide dogs is unlimited in terms of size and weight; 

Your pet must fulfil the requirements of the legislation as follows: 

• Up-to-date vaccination report with anti-rabies vaccination (up to 4 months); 

• Microchip implantation is compulsory for dogs and cats born after 1 July 2008. Dangerous dogs or hunting dogs born after 2004 also need to be microchipped; 

• Provide the animal's registration and licence documentation at check-in; 

It is important that your pet is trained and totally obedient to the guest/owner. 

• They should never be left unattended and should always be kept on a leash or in their own carrier around the perimeter of the hotel, except when staying in the room under the supervision of the guest/owner; 

• Your pet cannot stay in the hotel's common areas. This does not apply to duly identified guide dogs; 

The guest/owner is responsible for their pet's hygiene during their stay.

Any change in your pet's behaviour, such as barking or consecutive barking, should be limited as much as possible in order to guarantee the legitimate rest and comfort of hotel guests. 

• The guest/owner should contact our reception team to coordinate the most convenient time for our team to clean the room; 

• The guest/owner is responsible for any damage caused to the room and/or bodily injury resulting from the behaviour or actions of their animal; 

• The guest/owner agrees to hold the hotel, owners, employees, guests and/or other clients harmless for damages arising from direct and/or indirect actions related to and/or as a consequence of the actions of their pet; 

• The guest/owner agrees to indemnify the Hotel, owners, collaborators, guests and/or other clients, for damages arising from direct and/or indirect action related to and/or a consequence of the actions of their pet; 

The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest/owner directly from their account the amount proportional to the cost of the damage (personal and material) caused by their animal. 

The Hotel reserves the right to define the rooms/types to be allocated to these specific bookings. 

The Pet Friendly policy has a supplement of 25€ per night to be paid at check-in.
